Shipping Policy

We offer Australia-wide shipping on all orders.

Shipping is capped at $35 on most mats, with many metro deliveries costing less.
Oversized items (6m x 3m, 7m x 2.4m and L Shape mats) may incur higher shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Orders are sent via Australia Post .


Delivery, Processing & Handling

Orders are typically dispatched the next business day once full payment has been received.

Delivery timeframes generally range between 2–10 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we will be in touch.


Delivery & Responsibility

If no one is available to receive your order, it will be carded and taken to your nearest Post Office for collection.

If your parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a redelivery fee may apply.

If you provide authority for your order to be left unattended, responsibility transfers to you once the parcel has been delivered.


Lost or Damaged Items

While we take care to ensure your order is packed securely, once your order has been dispatched it is in the hands of the shipping provider.

In the unlikely event your order is lost or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
We are always happy to assist where possible to help resolve any claims.


Receipt of Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues.
