Common Questions about Our Mats?
We are often asked this question.
We recommend that you start if possible by measuring your awning as most people prefer to fit just inside their awning so this will give you a good starting point to choose your mat size.
If you are unable to measure your awning we recommend the following as a general guide for caravans.
10ft - 12ft - 3m mat
13-18ft - 4m mat
19ft -21ft - 5m mat
22ft and over 6m mat
The majority of awnings are 2.4m wide on both caravans and camper trailers.
We are able to produce custom designs however due to the setup costs there is a minimum of 20 mats required, we are unable to offer to one off designs or size.
The time frame is approx. 3-6 months so please if you are ordering for a special event/National allow plenty of time for the design, manufacturing and shipment process.
Our custom mats make great prizes and merchandise for Specialities, Nationals, and Finals etc. Please contact us for examples of our recent designs and a club price list.

An oversized fully enclosed zippered carry bag with a peg pocket is included with all mats - excluding doormats

If you find your mat is the wrong size once you receive it you can exchange it for another size provided you do so within 30days of receiving your order.
Item is to be new and not used and have all original packaging and tags intact.
Item is in resaleable condition.
Purchaser is responsible for return postage both ways on change of mind/size returns.
We guarantee that our new mats do not have faulty construction or materials. If a manufacturing fault that deems the mat unusable is discovered in the first 12 months than we will repair or replace at our discretion.
This warranty excludes faults and failures caused by improper use and abuse; fair wear and tear; acts of nature that are beyond the products specifications including excessive use of the mat in direct sunlight; or failure to follow instructions regarding usage, care or maintenance. Commercial use is not covered by this warranty.
Warranty is claimed by returning the product or supplying photos to the place of purchase along with proof of purchase.
Please note that minor loose threads or short threads are normal and are NOT a manufacturer's defect and do not / will not compromise the product in any way.
Most loose threads can be snipped off or tucked into the weave.
No sorry but we are an online business and as such we don't have a showroom and therefore can not offer pickup.
Our mats are available to order online or you can view and pickup at one of the many events we attend throughout the year. A list of events is available at our events page.
We post next business day using Australia Post, you will sent an email once your mat has been despatched with the tracking number.
If you need your mat urgently please consider express post.
We can ship anywhere in the world unfortunately the cost of shipping from Australia is very high and the shipping price per mat is anywhere from $80-$130 depending on your location.
Please contact us via our contact page with which mat you would like to order and your address and we will calculate the cost to post to you.
Postage is calculated based on the size of the mat ordered and your postcode. It will be calculated on checkout.
