PACKING/FOLDING YOUR MAT (IMPORTANT)

To keep your mat in great condition, it’s important to always fold it along the original factory fold lines. These fold lines act like hinges and are designed to fold with the weave — not against it.

When folded correctly, your mat will fold easily into three or four (3mx 3m mats) sections using a concertina-style fold. If you feel resistance, this usually means the mat is being folded the wrong way. Please refer to the videos below for a quick visual guide.

Folding against the factory fold lines can place unnecessary stress on the woven fibres and may lead to pulling or damage over time.

As this is not a manufacturing fault, damage caused by incorrect folding isn’t covered under warranty.
