1. Do you ship your mats internationally?
We can ship anywhere in the world unfortunately the cost of shipping from Australia is very high and the shipping price per mat is anywhere from $80-$130 depending on your location.
Given the overwhelming response we have had since releasing our mats we are sourcing distributors in a number of countries and we will be happy to let you know once they have started stocking our mats in your country.

2. Can we order a custom design with our logo or stud name on it?
We are able to produce custom designs however due to the setup costs there is a minimum of 20 mats required. The time frame is approx. 3-6 months so please if you are ordering for a special event/National allow plenty of time for the design, manufacturing and shipment process.
Our custom mats make great prizes and merchandise for Specialities, Nationals, and Finals etc. Please contact us for samples of our recent designs and a club price list.
3. Are Mats By Design able to provide sponsorship or a donation for our event?
Limited Sponsorships are available in each year; requests can be made via our contact page. Freight costs for sponsored/donated goods will be the responsibility of the requesting clubs unless otherwise agreed. Sponsorship is not available to clubs outside of Australia.
4. What warranty do your mats come with?
We guarantee that our new mats do not have faulty construction or materials. If a manufacturing fault that deems the mat unusable is discovered in the first 12 months than we will repair or replace at our discretion. This warranty excludes faults and failures caused by improper use and abuse; fair wear and tear; acts of nature that are beyond the products specifications including excessive use of the mat in direct sunlight; or failure to follow instructions regarding usage, care or maintenance. Commercial use is not covered by this warranty.
This warranty is in addition to under our consumer guarantee obligation.
Shipping costs for repaired or replaced mats will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
5. Am I able to purchase a gift voucher for one for your mats?
Yes gift vouchers are available for any value, please use our contacts page to request a gift voucher.

6b. How do I Pay for my Mat?
mats BY DESIGN utilises PayPal as the payment option for your purchases. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up and create a PayPal account and continue with your purchase. Alternatively, you can use your credit or debit card via the PayPal portal.
7. Can I pay using my credit card without a PayPal account?
Yes. You can pay with a credit card if you do not have a PayPal account. When you are directed to the PayPal login screen, just scroll down or open the bottom part of the PayPal form - this is the Pay with credit or debit card option.

8a. Can I continue with my order if I closed the PayPal window before completing my payment?
8b. Can I get back to my an order if I get dropped out at the PayPal screen?
If you accidentally close the PayPal window, or you get dropped out at the PayPal screen you do not need to create a new order. Just click on the Order Number link from the order created email sent to your inbox. Next, login to your account that you created during the order creation process (this will be the login at www.matsbydesign.com.au). Once logged in, you will be presented with your order. Click on the Back button in your order to get back to your orders page. Next click on the Pay Now button and follow the links through to PayPal to continue with your purchase.
